Pre-Litigation Attorney Candidate will: Review and monitor cases to ensure clients receive outstanding service in personal injury law firms. Handle escalated calls that require attorney communication. Negotiate claims with insurance attorneys and defense counsel. Strategize ways to maximize value of cases for clients. Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy and in a manner that encourages their confidence and trust. Correspond with clients and opposing counsel. Support attorneys and staff within the pre-litigation team. Analyze and summarize legal documents. Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents. Qualifications: South Carolina license required: North Carolina license preferred. 3+ years of personal injury experience. Knowledge and understanding of pre-litigation process. Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills. Top notch academic credentials and references. Strong attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines. Deadline: 13 November 2020
