Litigation Attorney The candidate should preferably have 1+ year of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation, but recent graduates will also be considered. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas or Colorado State Bar (or admission pending). Experience drafting and responding to motions is required. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
