Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate must have experience in pleadings, discovery and motion practice in civil financial and commercial cases in federal courts in New York, (Massachusetts, Florida and Texas also helpful but not required). Must be admitted in New York. Must be able to handle several litigation matters at once with clear communications with office staff and senior counsel. Mycase firm management experience preferred. Must have at least 2-3 year of litigation experience.
