Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's degree. Must be experienced with personal injury litigation. A certificate from an ABA-accredited paralegal school with two years of civil litigation (primarily personal injury) experience is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel - working knowledge of Access is helpful) and familiar with principles of legal calendaring (CCP and FRCP) and ECF and other courts electronic filing systems.
