Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities: Open new client files using Google Suite and case management software. Gather client information and investigation. Legal research and writing. Drafting, review and filing of legal documents. Locate, request and organize the medical, employment, educational and government records of clients. Communicate and establish relationships with the providers of such information. Analyze and summarize incoming records and create Excel spreadsheets to summarize medical treatment timelines & costs. Drafting demands. Manage the calendars of attorney and clients. Make travel arrangements, including flight and hotel reservations while keeping detailed records of costs incurred. Assist in trial preparation, exhibits, jury instructions and trial notebooks. Qualifications: 2-3 years working in plaintiff personal injury in Colorado. 2-3 years working with ICCES/Colorado Courts E-Filing and PACER. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Deadline and detail oriented. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Proficient to advanced computer skills. Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to use case management software.
