Personal Injury Associate Attorney The candidate duties include: Oversight of approximately 40 cases in litigation, from filing through discovery, settlement or judgment, and trial preparation. Must have regular attendance at court hearings and depositions, mostly remote at the present time. Should have proficiency with personal injury litigation, case management, and client relations is a plus, as well as exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. Must have 3+ year associate to manage our litigation department.
