First Party Attorney The candidate will be handling PIP. Will be responsible for litigating a large volume of cases and working closely with the partners of the firm. Must have practiced in Florida for 3+ years and be willing to attend hearings, draft custom pleadings, and push cases towards trial. Must preferably be an active member of the Florida State Bar.
