Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2 years of experience to assist its Toxic and Mass Tort Litigation practice area. Candidates with prior asbestos defense experience is a plus. Draft routine legal documents. Manage multiple cases from start to trial. Collect documents from various sources. Collect, organize, analyze and summarize medical records. Review and analyze documents. Conduct various document searches and factual research. Experience in all phases of the litigation process is required. Paralegal Certificate preferred with Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
