Discovery Attorney The candidae will work directly with the litigation attorneys and litigation support team members to maximize the efficiency of propounding and responding to discovery. Must be members in good standing of The Florida Bar. Will draft and answer discovery. Draft motions for protective order, to compel, and other discovery-related motions. Assist with ESI collection, search term protocols, and review management. Perform and manage substantive document review, generally on document review platforms such as Eclipse, Relativity, etc. Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege. Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs. Conduct quality control check of the documents reviewed to ensure accuracy. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. Must preferably hold a JD degree. Should be familiar with e-discovery related technology (Eclipse, Relativity). Must have significant document review experience and experience in discovery related motion practice. Thorough understanding of the attorney-client privilege, the work-product doctrine and other privileges are needed. Prior civil litigation experience is required.
