Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work autonomously and as a part of a team while managing and prioritizing multiple complex projects. Will serve in trial preparation. Document drafting and editing. Motions, discovery, file management. Must have an undergraduate degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program with 3+ years of experience in North Carolina matters. Experience with South Carolina is a plus. Good organizational, written and oral communications skills are needed for heavy client interaction.
