Insurance Coverage Attorney Candidate will take a leadership role in a growing firm and have direct interaction with senior partners and firm clients. Will be: Evaluating and advising clients on coverage obligations for first- and third-party insurance matters, primarily for CGL, E&O, and specialty auto insurance coverages across the Western United States; Drafting and reviewing coverage opinions; Drafting memoranda and reservation of rights; Insurance coverage litigation, including declaratory relief, contribution, indemnity, and bad faith matters; Oversight of underlying matters. Qualifications: Outstanding academic credentials. Admitted to practice in Washington. 2+ years of insurance coverage experience. Legal project management experience. Strong analytical and research skills. Superior written and oral communication skills.
