Pre-litigation/litigation Paralegal The candidate duties will include: drafting personal injury client demand packets; requesting medical records; organizing and overseeing client files; investigating claims; corresponding with clients and carriers; drafting petitions, discovery and motions; screening possible new personal injury cases. Must have previous personal injury prelitigation/litigation experience. Spanish bilingual is a plus.
