Part-time Real Estate Paralegal The candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience including a working knowledge of all phases of real estate closings (including the pre-closing process, searching county websites, drafting and reviewing settlement statements, disbursing of funds, reviewing title and identifying liens or other title issues, ordering HOA's and payoffs and knowledge of real estate trust accounting). Ability to communicate professionally with lenders, clients, agents, attorney offices and others is required. Soft Pro experience a plus.
