Guardianship & Elder Law Paralegal The candidate will work in the Guardianship and Elder Law Section. Will work well both with a team and independently, have excellent judgment and be proactive. Background in litigation, estate planning, guardianship or probate preferred. Must have 3+ years of experience as a paralegal. Able to handle a busy caseload and handle cases from start to finish, must be patient and compassionate and comfortable with multi-tasking.
