Senior Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare and assemble immigration packages to be submitted to USCIS for NIV and IV processes. Experienced with H-1B, L-1s, O-1 visas, I-360 Petitions and EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 I-140 Petitions. I-130 Alien Relative Petitions, I-485 Application for Adjustment of Status to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, I-360 Violence Against woman, I-765, Employment Authorization. Knowledge of DACA. Knowledge of LawLogix. College Degree Strongly Preferred. Dream Act Knowledge required. Excellent Writing and Communication Skills required. Proofing and reviewing applications and legal forms required. Must be fluent is Spanish and required experience 2-4 years.
