Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation. Must be very familiar with discovery, know how to draft and file lawsuits, plan an attorney's schedule, notice up depositions, request and file records and bills affidavits, keep detailed notes, communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel, have familiarity with civil procedure, strong capabilities with MS Office products.
