Title and Survey Paralegal The candidate will be reviewing and summarizing exceptions listed in title commitments; spotting title issues and working with deal attorneys to resolve/structure around any such issues. Working closely with title companies and borrower's counsel to clear title and obtain proforma lender's title policies prior to the closing and final lender's title policies post-closing. Reviewing, commenting on and working closely with surveyors and borrower's counsel to finalize surveys prior to closing.
