Paralegal-Personal Injury Law The candidate will assist on propound/respond to discovery. Will assist on calendar and manage court deadlines. Prepare documents for filing with the Court. Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel in an effective and courteous manner. Assist with pre-trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits. Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in personal injury litigation. Must have knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules. Strong written and oral communication skills needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is required. Type at least 60 WPM is required. xilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
