Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will handle variety of Personal Injury matters. Preparing and filing lawsuits, propounding and responding to discovery and understanding court rules and procedures. Schedule and calendaring court deadlines, depositions, hearings, and Defense Medical Examinations (DME). Preparing demand letters, Arbitration and Mediation Briefs. Additional experience in Personal Injury, such as scheduling doctor appointments, opening claims with insurance also desire. Must speak Spanish. Should have 1-2 years experience in personal injury litigation.
