Legal Secretary/Assistant The candidate will manage a heavy caseload. The essential functions of this position include preparing and proofreading letters and documents, coordinating meetings, printing documents, witnessing documents, and certain bookkeeping functions. Good typing and computer skills are required. Must be able to establish and maintain positive relationships with Attorneys, staff, and clients and observe confidentiality of client and other firm matters. QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience are a plus.
