Real Estate Title Attorney The candidate should be an experienced Real Estate attorneys who is currently licensed in North Carolina. This position will concentrate on reviewing and certifying real estate title searches and minor curative activities. In addition this position will also entail processing and conducting real estate closings. Should have a Juris Doctorate and be licensed to practice in North Carolina with at least 1-3 years of experience in examining real estate title and performing duties and providing supervision for all steps of the real estate practice.- South Carolina Licensure is a Plus. Closing experience and/or title searching experience is required. Will Conduct title and document review, Perform real estate closings. Manage title claims and other title curative matters. Provide legal analysis to clients. Research state and federal laws to ensure compliance.
