Commercial Litigation Attorney The candidate will have significant individual responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation. Types of matters will include breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract, trade secrets and other general commercial litigation matters. Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload, drafting pleadings, discovery, briefs and motions, taking and defending depositions and 1st chair bench trial work. Ideal candidate will have 2 years of litigation experience and be admitted it practice in Virginia.
