Managing Attorney The candidate will join law firm with areas of focus in business law, intellectual property, and litigation seeks Managing Attorney. Must be licensed members in good standing with the State Bar of North Carolina. Experience with business and/or intellectual property law is a plus. At least two years of experience required. Should be Licensed to practice law in North Carolina; At least 2+ years experience as an attorney (experience in Business Law, Intellectual Property Law, or Litigation preferred). 2+ years management experience in any field preferred. Ability to respond and be flexible to client demands. Computer proficient; experience with Microsoft Applications, Google Suite programs, and Adobe Acrobat a plus. Should have strong customer service skills, ability to communicate with clients, opposing counsel and their staff.
