Trademark Paralegal The candidate will handle all aspects of U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution. Will be responsible for USPTO filings of all types (new applications, SOUs, post-registration filings, assignments, TTAB matters, etc.) as well as foreign prosecution, worldwide assignment projects, legalization of documents, preparation of cost estimates for clients and other assistance as required. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. A paralegal certificate is a plus. Must have 3+ years of work experience in trademark prosecution. Prior law firm experience is preferred. Knowledge of CPi is a plus. Working knowledge of Word and Excel is needed. Should preferably have an extensive knowledge base of trademark law, docketing knowledge (if not direct experience) and be detail-oriented, energetic and flexible.
