Litigation Attorney The candidate must be a member in good standing with the Georgia Bar with 1-2 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in the representation or mortgage lenders. Newly licensed attorneys are welcome. Shall be able to handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights. Experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy code are a plus. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills, and will assist in growing the firm s presence as a top-performing firm fostered by a culture based upon trust and mutual respect. Must value reputation and proactively develop relationships in the industry in order to be viewed as a trusted partner and advisor by both clients and colleagues. Hearing, trial, and other appearances may be required and as such some travel may be required. Should have some experience in the Georgia legal system, a passion for superior customer service, confidence, and unfettered judgment.
