Project Finance Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of project finance and lending experience in a big law firm. Should have familiarity with corporate lending, securities, infrastructure, private placements, and structured finance. It is preferred that candidate have experience representing clients in lending, infrastructure and project finance transactions involving sports facilities. Must be admitted to the New York Bar.
