Atlanta office seeks an office administrator with 5-8 years of supervisory experience. The candidate will be reporting to the associate director of administration and the office partner-in-charge. Will be responsible for the administrative operations of the Atlanta office. These responsibilities include budgeting, secretarial support, office services, purchasing, reception, hospitality, policy interpretation, space planning, social functions, and projects. Overall supervisory responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the office. Manage the office budget as it relates to areas in which the Legal Office Administrator has control. Manage performance and development of staff. Assign and coordinate staff workload. Liaise between lawyers and staff. High school diploma is required. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Previous experience managing Professional Service Office Operation is required. 10+ years of experience in a management position in the professional service industry is required.
