Associate Attorney The candidate s duties include all aspects of case preparation, preparing for and representing clients at their disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges, writing briefs for submission to ALJs, the Appeals Council, and US District Court, and assistance with the oversight and management of non-attorney staff. Must be currently admitted to a State Bar. Graduation in the top 30% of class is required. Participation in either Moot Court or Law Review is needed. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
