Associate Attorney The candidate will work for the real estate law firm. Should have 2+ years in handling purchases and sales of residential property, including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of contracts, and working with loan officers and presiding over the closing of transactions. A law degree from an accredited U.S. law school required. Active New York State Bar license and in good standing required. 2 years of real estate transactional experience required. Interest in working with a collaborative team and flexible to handle all assigned tasks required. Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications required. Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and takes enormous pride in their work. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and writing skills to communicate with a diverse group of attorneys and staff required.
