Corporate Attorney The candidate will assist representation of the firm's corporate clients in a variety of industries. Will be researching and providing legal advice to clients. Learning the basic legal knowledge required of all corporate transactional lawyers. Building focused legal skills and industry-specific knowledge over time. 1-2 years of corporate law experience required. Background or demonstrated interest in corporate tax or finance is a positive. Must have excellent analytical and writing skills. Ability to anticipate and understand the challenges that clients face is required.
