Seeking Bankruptcy Associate Attorney with 2 years of bankruptcy experience. The candidate will include: Conduct initial and subsequent prospective client meetings. Create Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions as well as Chapter 13 plans utilizing Best Case bankruptcy software. Draft motions, orders, and other pleadings. File documents electronically. Review and Analyze legal and business documents. Represent bankruptcy clients at Section 341 Meeting of Creditors, Confirmation Hearings and other necessary hearings. Manage bankruptcy caseload and satisfy all deadlines. Understand Case Management and Billing software (Time Matters); Learn and Execute Billing Standards. Draft articles for firm's websites and blog. Daily interaction and communication with clients, prospective clients, court personnel, trustees, and other third parties. Delegate tasks to staff and oversee that deadlines are met and work product is performed at highest level. Must be licensed in the State of Ohio and United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.
