Legal Secretary Candidate will answer phones, take messages, open files, work directly with clients, collect and prepare documents, write, create exhibit lists, email, fax and file and prepare immigration and family law documents and forms. Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail. Must have excellent English speaking, writing, reading comprehension skills for immigration and family law office. (multilingual preferred Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean speakers) Office or admin experience preferred but will consider applicants with general office experience. Must have excellent customer service skills. Work on a team, requires attention to detail and good word processing and communication skills, must be "punctual", able to follow directions, reliable, able to follow a work schedule come in on time, possible weekend and overtime work on occasion.
