Municipal Finance Practice Attorney Duties: Join one of the most well-established and experienced municipal finance groups in the mid-west. Provide legal support for partners in all roles relevant to public finance including bond, underwriters, issuers, and disclosure counsel. Work with school corporations, libraries, cities, towns, counties and other public institutions on a wide variety of municipal finance transactions. Have the opportunity to work reduced hours, if desired, and be considered for alternative work arrangements. Receive training opportunities with growing levels of responsibility. Collaborate across practice groups and across offices. Qualifications: Have junior associate level transactional experience; experience in municipal finance is a plus. Be extremely organized with the ability to handle a high volume of deals . Demonstrate a keen attention to detail. Have experience and comfort with technology . Excel in a team environment. Demonstrate a keen interest in developing and implementing relationship-building skills both internally and externally. Have prior experiences that prepare them to work with attorneys, staff and clients from cultures and backgrounds different from their own. Be highly motivated and a self-starter. Be flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Have excellent written and oral communication skills. Have excellent credentials and references.
