Attorney The candidate will be drafting pleadings and motions for state and federal court. Reviewing and drafting discovery responses. Attending/conducting depositions. Attending hearings. Handling initial client consultation process. Handling cases from inception to trial. Must possess 0-1 year of civil litigation and/or criminal litigation experience. Should be admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing. Excellent analytical and writing skills are needed.
