Senior Attorney The candidate must have experience in a civil litigation/trial practice. Experience in drafting pleadings, handling discovery, taking depositions and arguing motions is essential. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience. Background in first party, bad faith and extra-contractual insurance issues would be a significant advantage. Licensure in Oklahoma is preferred. Must be able to assist with all aspects of the preparation of a case for trial.
