Immigration Attorney Candidate will: Prepare and File Family and Employment Based Petitions/Applications. Direct experience with Immigrant/Non-immigrant Visas, Adjustment of Status, Naturalization/Citizenship, DACA, TPS, Deportation/Removal Defense, BIA Appeals, Motions to Reopen/Reconsider, Asylum, and Waivers. Some PERM and H-1B experience a bonus. Preparation and appearances before Immigration Courts, USCIS and Federal Court. Caseload includes motions to reopen, complex matters and representation of detained individuals. Requirements: 3+ years' experience. Must possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills; Strong attention to detail, ability to proofread and edit one's own work product; Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment; Results-oriented individual who produces well under pressure; Strong organizational skills; Excellent computer skills with specialization in immigration law platforms preferred; Bi-lingual abilities also preferred. Must be open to representing a diverse clientele, including detained individuals.
