Trust Services Paralegal Responsibilities: Assist with administration of various types of irrevocable trusts. Assist with and prepare trust accountings as assigned using department-specific software. Assist with intake and compliance procedures for new trusts. Assist with the transfer of hard copy documentation to electronic filing systems, as well as the maintenance of department-specific tracking programs. Qualifications: Demonstrated proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and excellent computer and internet skills are required. Qualified candidates must possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, extraordinary attention to detail, a strong commitment to efficiency and accuracy, and the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines. Must be comfortable working independently and in a team atmosphere. Requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and the willingness to ask questions and to follow up as needed to ensure numerous deadlines are met. Must have a bachelor degree. Must be a quick learner with an active interest in acquiring and applying new skills. Will also be committed to and enthusiastic about using strong client service strategies.
