Real Estate Tax Litigation Paralegal Coordinating and managing property tax litigation files on a daily basis. Researching valuation of properties. Tracking and evaluating property assessments in multiple jurisdictions. Preparing and filing property tax dispute documents in multiple jurisdictions. Compiling documents relating to the management of real estate portfolios. Assisting in gathering information from clients. Performing various research duties. Performing other duties as assigned by attorneys. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate. 3 years paralegal experience in property tax, preferably with knowledge of the County tax assessment process. Very strong attention to detail, including written work product, calendaring/docketing and follow-up is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. Demonstrates sense of ownership over assigned work. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
