Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved Paralegal program is required. Must have knowledge of construction defect law and complex litigation. Exceptional organizational, computer and technical skills are required. Experience with case management and trial preparation is require. Should have experience with filing procedures should have Experience conducting investigations and legal research. Proficient drafting of discovery requests and responses, correspondence and pleadings.
