Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work for the personal injury law firm. Candidate will be responsible for handling a full caseload of personal injury cases and will assist the attorneys with: drafting and filing complaints, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting law and motion, drafting case-related documents, calendaring events, writing correspondence, preparing cases for trial, etc. Proficiency w/Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Outlook, and Excel) required. Paralegal certificate or 2 years relevant personal injury experience required.
