Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. ??Qualifications: Must be a member of the Bar in MD, DC and/or VA. 2+ years of litigation experience (preferably in Personal Injury and/or Criminal Defense). Familiarity with drafting Motions/Pleadings and excellent research/writing skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish Speaking is a plus.
