Patent Attorney The candidate will be responsible for providing scientific and technical advice to senior patent attorneys, firm partners and clients seeking patent protection and licensing support for their inventions in various areas of sciences including electrical engineering. Will prepare and file utility and design patent apps with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Provide advice on managing a portfolio of numerous U.S. and international patent applications, focusing in the Korean practice group. Should have Juris Doctor degree in Law or related plus 2 years of experience as a Patent Engineering Professional. Must have passed one State Bar exam in the US and be admitted in that state. Must have passed the Examination for registration to practice in patent cases before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Must have a Master s Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or related. Requires written and verbal fluency in Korean.
