Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Candidate will work closely with attorneys in the review of title reports and commitments and surveys, prepare title and survey summaries, analyze and correct title defects and issuance of title insurance policies. Will responsible for obtaining and reviewing documents at municipal offices, Registries of Deeds and Land Court. In addition, the drafting of closing documents, preparing for closings and managing of post-closing matters will be required.
