Senior Staff Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of solid financial services regulatory and litigation experience to join financial services group in Chicago office as a staff litigation attorney. Will have meaningful experience in consumer class actions, banking and consumer lending statutes such as the Truth in Lending Act, UDAP statutes such as the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act, federal and state court filing procedures, and electronic discovery. Experience in the taking and defense of depositions is a plus. Must have solid academic credentials. Should have strong writing, research and advocacy skills. Illinois Bar membership, and in good standing is needed.
