Experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate' must have minimum of 2 years of recent Personal Injury litigation experience (either plaintiff or defense experience welcome to apply) is required for this position. Experience 1 year (Required). Responsibilities of the position include: 1. E-filing pleadings, motions and notices. 2. Scheduling with the court. 3. Assisting with preparing answers to Discovery, obtaining records for RFPs, and other document preparation. 4. Communications and scheduling with opposing counsel. 5. Assisting attorneys with trial preparation. 6. Other tasks as assigned by supervising attorney.
