Experienced Real Estate Paralegal The candidate must have 5 years experience to handle residential and commercial real estate closings from inception through closing. Knowledge of DoubleTime and Quickbooks helpful. Must be familiar with preparing owner's and mortgagee title commitments and policies as well as closing documents and preparing Closing Statemenst and Closing Disclosures. Familiarity with DoubleTitle and Simplifile apps helpful.
