Insurance Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager The candidate duties include preparation and service of subpoenas and other discovery requests. Preparation of pleadings and discovery responses. Document management and analysis for large cases. Preparation of routine status reports to clients or national counsel. Statewide roster/docket monitoring. Electronic filings/ECF with Federal Court. The candidate should have Paralegal Certification. Must have 3-5 years of Litigation experience. Thorough understanding of the litigation process. Experience with insurance company billing requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Professional demeanor, excellent communication and computer skills and the ability to manage a large caseload in a fast-paced environment.
