Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. Must have 5+ years experience. Extensive experience with court filings on PACER and NYSCEF (including case openings and filings), case management, discovery, case-citing/shepardizing, able to perform basic legal/factual research and billing of matters. Attention to detail essential. Ability to manage very large caseloads, including calendar entries. Proficient in Westlaw Next, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PC Law, WorldDox and Adobee.
