Attorney The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of case management and handling, from client intake to settlement and/or litigation; must be ready to manage a moderate to heavy case load with focus on employment law, personal injury, contract, immigration and divorce; must be comfortable, knowledgeable and versed in Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas laws in the civil litigation practice; be strong in legal research and be confident in the court room; be able to prepare for, handle and conduct depositions and mediations, in addition to managing the office staff. Litigation experience is required. Term: 1 year
