Paralegal The candidate will manage a docket of pre-litigation personal injury files at the direction of supervising attorney and provide support on litigation files as needed. Primary point of client contact during pre-litigation phase. Establish Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claim on behalf of client. Submitting and obtaining no-fault PIP benefits for Client. Act as a liaison between client and insurance carriers prior to the commencement of litigation. Obtain information necessary to evaluate Bodily Injury claims. Create and maintain internal database. Collect and review medical records and billing. Prepare settlement demand packages. Review files with supervising attorney. Must have 1-2 years' experience as a Paralegal (similar experience in a related industry will be considered). Auto injury experience and/or customer service experience is a plus.
